I had to do a few double takes (quadruple-takes?) when I saw this beautiful packaging for Saxton, a fruit cider company that seems to only feature two flavors, apple and pear. Designed by New Zealand-based design studio Supply, the illustrative fruit images in the background are offset by the clean, crisp look of black and white type. Beautiful.
The uncluttered packaging retains an elegance that’s so rare to see nowadays (most minimalist packaging seems to lean towards a stark feel, and “elegant” packaging is often more fussy and overdone, in my opinion). [Via Design Work Life.]
